Case study: the system Snap Credit Fix runs on

Everborn's packages were not designed on a whiteboard. Every module was first built for a working credit repair company, in a tightly regulated industry, and then written down so it could be rebuilt for anyone. This page describes what that system does.

The business and the constraints

Snap Credit Fix is a California credit repair company that serves California residents. Three constraints shaped the build:

  • Credit repair cannot text. Carriers do not allow the category on registered business texting, so every channel that would be a text elsewhere had to be email or voice.
  • CROA and California's credit services rules govern every word. No promises about scores, outcomes or timelines, and nothing that suggests accurate information can be removed from a credit report.
  • Some partners may be paid and some may not. Referrals from mortgage loan officers and real estate agents carry no cash fee, because RESPA applies.

What the system does

  • One CRM hub. A HighLevel account holds the pipelines, workflows, forms and funnels, the phone line, the Facebook lead integration and support tickets. Every link, form, QR code and campaign lands there.
  • Pipelines in the company's own words. New Leads, Active Clients and Nurture, with a stage router that moves a sold lead into Active Clients without closing the record, so reporting keeps working.
  • Lead response without SMS. New leads from Meta lead ads and the site get an email and an automatic call-back attempt in under a minute and are round-robined to a rep.
  • Follow-up kept in three separate pieces. A short non-responder drip, a 52-week low-frequency nurture for people who are not ready yet, and a re-engagement detector that moves anyone who replies back to the front of the pipeline.
  • The dispute software bridged into the CRM. The delivery tool, DisputeFox, pushes status and stage into the CRM through an automation bus with sensitive-data stripping turned on, so reports read from systems that stay signed in.
  • Owned-list re-activation. Google Sheets and Apps Script email campaigns to past leads and to dealer and partner prospects, with a California-only filter, a sending window, a daily ramp and a bounce guard that slows or pauses sending on its own.
  • A dealer partner program. Each dealership gets a tracked link and a version-numbered "Not approved today?" counter card with a QR code, plus a monthly statement. When a referred customer is ready to go back to the dealer, the statement says so as a line item; no score, threshold or credit detail ever appears on anything a partner receives.
  • A separate no-fee lane for loan officers, real estate agents and attorneys, built as its own program so a payment column cannot be added by mistake.
  • Branded progress reports to clients, with declines shown honestly, and a weekly report to leadership written as what the business accomplished: positive, never invented, with problems shown as found-and-fixed or as a decision to make.

What Everborn took from it

Each piece above became a module in Everborn's Build Library, and the gotchas became standing rules: verify every save by reloading, check carrier status before promising a text will deliver, never let a test record become a contact, and never put a sensitive figure on anything a partner receives.

The same spine now ships in three fixed packages for eight industries. Credit repair companies get the closest match on the credit repair page. The dealer partner program is the pattern behind the Not-Approved-Today lane on the dealership sales page and the second-look lane on the dealership F&I page, and the no-fee lane is the pattern behind the partner rules on the mortgage and real estate pages. See all industries, or read how the front door works in the speed to lead and missed call text back guides.

This page describes the system, not credit outcomes. It makes no claim about any consumer's credit results.
