Credit Repair · The Dispute-Cycle Engine

Credit repair business automation built for CROA, the TSR and a world without SMS

Every lead answered in a minute, every round reported, and every partner statement sent on time without you doing it at night. Everborn builds the front door, the retention engine and the partner program around the dispute software you already use.

Who it is for

Built for the owner of a 1-to-20-person credit repair organization. Keep DisputeFox, Credit Repair Cloud or Client Dispute Manager; that is your dispute engine. We sit in front of it and sync status both ways.

The Dispute-Cycle Engine

The named block of ten deliverables in the Growth package, built for Credit Repair.

  1. Enrollment packet flow

The CROA contract, state information statement and a separate notice of cancellation go out on enrollment, chased at 1, 24 and 72 hours. The cancellation window is tracked and the first bill is scheduled only after the first work date.

  2. Document chase with live checklist

ID, proof of address and the monitoring login each get an upload link and reminders; staff see who is stuck where.

  3. Dispute software sync

Your dispute platform pushes status, stage, round number and items into hidden CRM fields. Scores never leave the CRM.

  4. Round-went-out and results emails

Branded, compliant emails on the round date and on result changes, with a staff alert when a round is overdue.

  5. Progress reports

30/60/90-day and monthly reports with a per-bureau previous-to-new table, honest declines shown, and a portal link instead of a score in the message.

  6. Decline and expired-card recovery

A pre-bill notice, then an email and voice decline sequence with a self-serve card update.

  7. Cancellation save lane

A hold stage, a call task inside the hour, a what-we-have-disputed summary, and a pause offer rather than anything resembling an advance-fee incentive.

  8. Greenlight flag

When a client crosses your internal threshold, the rep gets a task to call the referring partner. The threshold never appears where a partner or client can read it.

  9. Graduation re-check

Past clients get a touch at 6 and 12 months after graduation.

  10. Compliance guard

Banned-phrase checks on every template and AI reply, timestamped consent, and contract copies kept the 2 years California requires.

What comes off your plate

TaskWhat changes
Answer new leadsEmail and a call-back attempt in under 60 seconds, round-robined to a rep.
Enrollment paperworkSent on enrollment, chased, with the cancellation clock tracked.
Failed payments and expired cardsA decline triggers a 3-step recovery with a self-serve update link.
Referral partner statementsAttributed link per partner and a monthly statement with no credit data inside.

Follow-up length and the never-list

How long it runs. 52 weeks, low frequency. Leads who don't enroll are usually not no but not yet. The ladder runs separately from the 5-day drip, and anyone who responds moves back to the front of the pipeline.

Blocked in every template. No score promises, point ranges or timelines. No remove accurate items, delete collections, clean slate or guaranteed. No score, band or threshold in any message or partner document. No CPN talk. No fee before the service is performed. No client report detail tied to a name in anything a partner receives. No SMS on 10DLC or toll-free. No enrolling Georgia residents.

Credit Repair questions

We already have Credit Repair Cloud, DisputeFox, DisputeBee or Client Dispute Manager.

Keep it; that is the dispute engine. It isn't the front door: answering a Meta lead in 60 seconds, round-robin, a 52-week nurture, decline recovery, partner statements and a Monday report. DisputeFox's own SMS is bring-your-own-Twilio, which runs into the same carrier ban. We sit in front and sync both ways.

Texting is how our clients communicate. You're telling me no SMS?

Yes. On 10DLC and toll-free, credit repair is a forbidden category at Twilio, HighLevel and the carriers, with no resubmission path. We build the fastest legal alternative: email inside a minute, an automatic call-back attempt, voicemail drop and a portal. Snap Credit Fix, a California credit repair company, runs on a system I built for them. It answers leads in under a minute that way.

The CFPB has stepped back. Does compliance matter right now?

Yes. The Lexington Law and Credit Repair Cloud judgments stand, state attorneys general are active, and CROA's private right of action carries a 5-year clock and attorney fees. Compliance here is a banned-phrase list, filed disclosures, consent logs and billing in arrears, at no extra cost.

Our churn is the client's fault. People quit when they get impatient.

Some do. But two causes are controllable: card declines and silence between rounds. Pre-bill notices, a decline sequence, round-went-out emails, progress reports and a save call inside the hour work on both. If the saves report shows nothing after 90 days, we rework the module.
